Barbara A. Romanski (nee Johnson), 82, of West Bend entered Eternal Rest on Sunday, April 14, 2019. She was born on April 15, 1936 to the late Carl and Julia (nee Jansen) Johnson. On June 7, 1958 she was united in marriage to Ronald Romanski in Wisconsin Rapids. Barb was a homemaker and raised her three children. The family moved to West Bend in 1967. Barb loved to read and go shopping. She and her husband enjoyed traveling and trips to the casino. She will be missed by all who knew her. Those Barb leaves behind to cherish her memory include her three children, Joe (Linda) Romanski III, Julie (Bill) Gannon, and Jennifer (Daniel) Schmidt; seven grandchildren, Sarah Romanski, Joseph Romanski IV, Tanya Johnson, James Ness, Alex Ness, Tanner Schmidt, and Cara Schmidt; three great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, William Romanski; other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Romanski; and her infant granddaughter. Private family services will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Ivy Manor for all their help and care. The Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Homes have been entrusted with Barb’s arrangements.
