He was born in Perryville, MO on February 17, 1958 son of Vernon O. Lohmann and Hildegard L. (Verseman) Guth. Mother survives in Perryville, MO. Allen had been drummer for BRIX and former owner of The Port in Altenburg, MO. Other survivors include one brother, Terry (Mary) Lohmann of Perryville, two sisters, Pattie (Bruce) Akers of Farrar, Karen (Kevin) Emmendorfer of Perryville; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law, Charles Mangels. Visitation will be held at Young & Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg on Saturday, April 13 from 10:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to family use.
