Toni Lee Ward, age 71, of Bristol, TN passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at her home. She was born January 29, 1948 to the late Herman L. and Betty Sink Wheeler. Toni graduated from Virginia High School, VI College and Eastern Kentucky University. She taught in Bristol, VA schools for many years. She was an active member of Bristol Amateur Radio Club. She was a member of Reynolds Memorial United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Roy Lonnie Ward; sister, Vickie Warden and husband, John; brothers, Kevin W. Wheeler and wife, Diane, Jan A. Wheeler and wife, Lisa; aunt, Eunice Wheeler; uncle, Lewis Dean Sink; sister-in-law, Linda Combs and husband, Gary; brother-in-law, Rex Ward.; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and special great-nephew, Owen Blackstock.
