She was born November 11, 1955 in Harrisburg, daughter of Helen (Halko) Koslosky and the late Dr. Francis Koslosky. In addition to her mother, she is survived by sister, Kathryn Koslosky and brother, Robert F. Koslosky. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her twin brother, Michael L. Koslosky. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 10:30 AM in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Hershey. Interment will follow in Hershey Cemetery. There will be no visitation or viewing. Please omit flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Heart of the Parish Fund, c/o St. Joan of Arc Church 359 W. Areba Ave. Hershey, PA 17033. Hoover Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. is handling the arrangements.
