Obituary for Terry Lee Nowell Terry Nowell, 61, of Macomb, Missouri, passed away on March 1, 2019 at Cox South in Springfield, Missouri. Terry spent his life proudly serving in the 101st Airborne (Puking Buzzard) in the U.S. Army. He retired from the U.S. Army with the Southwest Asia Service Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and the National Defense Medal. He is survived by his three sons, Marcus (Amanda) Nowell, Paul Nowell, and Grant Nowell; his brother Philip (Rosanna) Nowell; his sister Paulette Brown; brother Kevin Nowell; brother Steven Nowell; brother Dennis (Holly) Nowell, his grandchildren Johnathan and Kaylee Nowell; his best friends David and Verona Shook, and Steve from Macomb, MO and numerous extended family. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri. He will be laid to rest with full military honors.
