Russell’s Obituary Russell Holmes Sr, 62, of Allentown, PA was called home on Thursday March 14, 2019 in the comfort of his loving home. He was the son of the late James A. Holmes Sr. and Henrietta Drayton-Holmes. Russell was employed at HYDAC as a Packaging Operator and Fork truck driver. He also had various freelance jobs such as Computer programming and In-house maintenance. He was survived by his loving wife Chanda Y. Roberts-Holmes who was born in Ocilla, Georgia, two sons Adam Holmes (wife Danielle Holmes) residing in Lebanon, PA and Russell Holmes Jr. (wife Risha Holmes) residing in Marlboro, MD, and a Step-Daughter Kimbala T. Roberts residing in Virginia Beach, VA. He also leaves to mourn two surviving siblings Keith Holmes of Allentown, PA; Anthony Holmes of Philadelphia, PA; and pre-deceased brother James Holmes Jr. of Allentown, PA; seven grand children, 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Services: Memorial, 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Bachman Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home Home,1629 Hamilton St. Allentown, PA, 18102.
