Rosanne’s Obituary Rosanne L. Frederick, age 72 of Elysian, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her home. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday, March 4, 2019 at St. Peter Funeral Home with visitation at 10:00am. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Madison Lake. Rosanne was born November 5, 1946 in St. Peter to Roy and Grace (Young) Heldberg. She attended school in Cleveland, graduating in 1964. Rosanne was united in marriage to Richard Frederick on April 3, 1971 at All Saints Catholic in Madison Lake. She and Richard farmed together for many years until his retirement, She then worked as the secretary at All Saint Catholic School and later worked in the kitchen at MSU, and as home health aide for HSI in Mankato. She enjoyed raising chickens, building her bird houses, and loved gardening. Her children and grandchildren were her true joy and she treasured every moment with them. Left to remember Rosanne are her daughter Rachel (Kyle) Kitt and son Ryan; grandchildren: Gauge and Emma; sister: Gloria Lawrence; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Richard in 1991 and her brother Dennis Heldberg. Read More
