Robert’s Obituary Robert Keith Bailey, 55, of N. McNutt Avenue, Princeton, died peacefully, Tuesday, March 19, 2019 with his family by his side. Born January 28, 1964 in Princeton, he was the son of the late Curtis Edward and Mary Lou Cardwell Bailey. Robert was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He graduated from Princeton High School and received his Associate Degree from Bluefield State College. Robert worked as a operator in the construction industry and was of the Christian faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Jimmy, David, Roger, Curtis II and Freddie Bailey. Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 33 years, Deborah Trail Bailey; Two children, Shannon Trail and Bryan Bailey and wife Katelynn; Two grandchildren, Jacob and Austin Honaker; Siblings, Michael Bailey, Patricia Bailey, Connie Espinola, Cynthia Bailey, Sandra Bailey, Debbie Bailey and Melissa Laign and husband John and Betty Thorn; Special mother-in-law, Willa Trail; One sister-in-law, Patricia Vipperman and husband John; Several nieces and nephews; His special four-legged companion, “Bandit”. Memorial services to celebrate the life of Robert Keith Bailey will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, March 23, 2019 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory with Pastor C.T. Lilly, III officiating. The family has honored Robert’s request that he be cremated. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 P.M. until the service hour at the funeral home.
