Robert “Bob”‘s Obituary Attleboro – Robert J. Kelley, 75, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Life Care Center of Attleboro. He was the husband of Maureen M. (Roche) Kelley. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Martin G. and Mary R. (Ahearn) MacDonald. Bob earned his Associate Degree in Nursing, but chose to work alongside his father and brother as a carpenter. He was praised by many for his excellence and skill in his trade. Bob was a beloved member of Word & Prayer Fellowship of Warwick, where he taught in-depth bible study class every Sunday morning. Through his own interest, Bob became fluent in the languages of Greek, Hebrew and Spanish, thus paving the way for him to further spread the Gospel and Good News of Jesus Christ, which was Bob’s true passion and calling. Bob also had a passion for music and was proficient on the piano, violin and guitar. Aside from his wife, he is survived by three daughters, Danielle A. (Roche) Bracy and her husband, Paul, of Cranston, Heather M. (Roche) Jorge and her husband, Travis, of Belgrade, Maine and Stephanie L. Roche of East Providence; four grandchildren, Angelina and Carter Jorge and Layla and Alanna Bates; a sister, Nancy E. Daniel of Norwood, Massachusetts; his best friend, Charles “Chick” Salliby of Warren, and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late John H. Kelley. His funeral will begin on Monday at 9 a.m. followed by Services at 10 a.m. in the CHEETHAM Funeral Home, 1012 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow in Oak Knoll Cemetery, Rehoboth.
