Robert’s Obituary Robert Bernstein, 71, of Ranson, West Virginia, died Sunday, March 31, 2019 in the Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Care Center, Winchester, Virginia. Mr. Bernstein was born March 10, 1948 in Washington, DC, son of the late Norman and Rebecca Bernstein. He was an electronics technician. Surviving are a daughter, Rachel Sutphin and her husband, Jeremy, of Berryville, VA; sister, Emily Stepner of Highland Beach, FL; and grandsons, Tyler and Casey. His son, Aaron Bernstein, preceded him in death. Services will be private. Read More
