Perry J. Welker left this earthly world from his home to be with the Lord on March 26, 2019 Beloved husband of Gladys M. Welker (nee Cook) Dear son of the late George and Esther Welker Loving father of James B. (Rebecca) Welker Cherished grandfather of Nathan (Jackie) Welker, and Mackenzie Welker Dear brother of Paul (Doris) Welker, Darryl (Carol) Welker, Dewey Welker, Mary Jane (late Leonard) Ehlers, late sister Joy Bolinger, late sister Vera Bishop, and Verna (Harold) Gloth Perry accepted the Lord on July 1963 and became Pastor of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church (1998 – 2016) and pastored at other churches in the St. Louis area Perry will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched while working at General Motors (1963 – 1994) and Special School District (1996 – 2007).
