Pepito D Guy August 7 1943 March 16 2019 (age 75)

Pepito D. Guy, 75 of Bloomfield, formerly of Belleville, entered peacefully into eternal life on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Columbus LTACH in Newark, surrounded by his family. Born August 7, 1943 in Dingle, Iloilo, Philippines, he lived in Manhattan before moving to New Jersey 12 years ago. He was a strong, caring and capable husband and father, who selflessly gave to his family. He loved to cook and was an avid basketball and table tennis player. Although his loving family had to watch his decline due to kidney disease, they have found great comfort and relief knowing he peacefully went to heaven to meet his parents. He is the beloved husband of Josephine (nee: Alimon), loving father of Joepe, Joepet & Joenapet Guy, dearest brother of 11 siblings and adored by many friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Zuasola-Grillo Filipino Funeral Service, 44 Bay Ave., Bloomfield, NJ 07003 Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the funeral mass on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart, 89 Ridge St., Newark, NJ 07105 Mausoleum Entombment will follow at Glendale Cemetery, 28 Hoover Ave., Bloomfield, NJ.
