MADISON-Patty McDougal, age 65, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019, in Madison. She was born on Jan. 11, 1954 in Reedsburg, Wis., the daughter of Felix and Phyllis (Hale) Feiner. She married Michael McDougal on May 24, 1987 in Madison. Patty is survived by her loving family and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at MONONA GROVE KINGDOM HALL, 4545 E. Buckeye Rd.
