Mark Todd Adkins, age 52, of West Harrison, Indiana, and formerly of Oneida, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, Kentucky following a period of declining health. Born in Scott County on July 6, 1966, he was the son of Dottie Marcum and the late Glad Adkins and was a graduate of Scott High School and was a member of White Rock Baptist Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy and Alene Queener and Sherman and Bertha Adkins. He is survived by Mearle and Dottie Marcum; son, Trevor Adkins; brother, Jason Marcum; sister, Denise Miller and husband Greg; and other relatives and friends. Graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Marcum-Kidd Cemetery in Oneida with Bro. Kyle Keeton and Bro. Crestin Burke officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. West-Murley Funeral Home is serving the family of Mark Todd Adkins.
