Darlington, South Carolina Joan Louise Strauss Flowers Stonebraker, 83, of Darlington died on Monday, March 25, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 4 PM at the home of her daughter, Ann Flowers, 2157 Ashland Strokes Bridge Road, Bishopville, SC 29010, directed by the family. Joan was born in Lebon, PA. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester C. Strauss and Ethel Leona Koltriver. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Surviving are her children, Ray Flowers of Myrtle Beach; Michael Flowers of NY; Ethel Snyder of NY; Ann Flowers of Bishopville; Robin Livingston of PA; Peg Mundwyler of NC; Susan Flowers of NY and Ronnie Jean Willis of NY; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Joan was preceded in death by her children, Lester Flowers; and Leon Flowers.
