Jo Ellen Carrico, age 82 of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper, Indiana. She was born at Washington, Indiana on September 25, 1936, to William Edward and Lula (Kemlo) Blines. She married Albert T. Carrico January 28, 1956 at Washington, Indiana and He preceded her in death on December 5, 2013. .Jo Ellen was a graduate of Washington High School and had worked for Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper and retired from Kimball Electronic after twenty years of service. She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Jasper. She loved going to the Habig Center, Bingo and playing cards. Surviving is one daughter, Anna Carrico, Jasper, Indiana. Preceding her in death besides her husband are two daughters, Mary Elizabeth and Lisa Louise Carrico. Four sisters; Earladean Reister, Virginia Reister, Louise Callahan and Dorothy Lou Jones. Funeral services for Jo Ellen Carrico will be held at 12:00 p.m. noon Saturday, March 30. 2019 at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper. With burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. Saturday until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church in Jasper.
