James Willie Willis Campbell May 12 1963 February 27 2019 (age 55)

James “Willie” Willis Campbell, 55, of Mt. Sterling, died Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his residence. He was born on May 12, 1963 to the late John and Luciel Toler Campbell. “Willie” was a farmer and of the Christian Faith. He had a great way with all animals, such as livestock, dogs, cats and a chicken that liked sitting on his shoulder. “Willie” loved his family and friends and will be dearly missed. He is survived by four brothers Junior Campbell (Donna) of Vanceburg, Ernie Campbell, Ronnie Campbell and Donnie Campbell (Johnny) all of Winchester and Darrell Campbell of Mt. Sterling; two sisters Barbara Gene Highley and Mary Hall both of Mt. Sterling; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and special friend Edward Cecil of Lexington. In addition to his parents John and Luciel, “Willie” was preceded in death by brother Danny Campbell and sister Wanda Louise Curtis. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 12:00PM, visitation prior from 10:00AM – 12:00PM. Both will be held at Coffman Funeral Home & Crematory in Mt. Sterling. Committal Service to follow at West Bend Cemetery in Clay City. Pastor Jimmy Crouch will be officiating. Pallbearers: Junior Campbell, Ernie Campbell, Ronnie Campbell, Donnie Campbell, Gary Hall, Jonathan Hall and Kevin Hall. Honorary Pallbearers: Darrell Campbell, Jason Crouch and Ritchie Callahan.
