Irene Cloe “Nellie” Davis, 63, of Webster Springs, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at WVU Hospital – Ruby Memorial in Morgantown. She was born November 04, 1955 in Sutton to Dollie Lucille Hosey and lived the majority of her life in Webster County. Nellie enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Davis; sister Leslie Dilley; step-daughter, Rachel (Jason) Vallozzi; step-grandchildren, Alexandria and Luca Vallozzi; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Davis; and mother and step-father Dollie (Roy W.) Dilley. Friends may join the family for visitation on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Dodd & Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services to celebrate Nellie’s life will be held on Sunday at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home with Rev. Curt Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Cogar Cemetery, Desert Fork.
