Harvey Lee Hodge Cogburn 2019

Harvey Lee “Hodge” Cogburn, age 81, of Fancy Hill, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019. He was born on January 8, 1938 in the Fancy Hill community of Montgomery County, the son of the late George A. and Laura Lee Cogburn. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Gillmore Cogburn on August 15, 1999. A retired poultry farmer and logger, he attended the Hilltop Full Gospel Church in Glenwood. He enjoyed playing his guitar and fishing with his kids. He is survived by three children and their spouses, Leetha and Eric Wehunt, Tracy and LaDonna Cogburn and Richard and Melissa Cogburn, all of Fancy Hill; four grandchildren, Cheston Wehunt, Lacey ton, Katelynn Cogburn and Michelle Cogburn; two great-grandchildren, MaKenzie Wehunt and Nathaniel Collins; his brother, Charles Cogburn of Fancy Hill; his sister, Mary Sue Wolfenbarger of Mena; and his nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, April 2, 2019, in the Hilltop Full Gospel Church with Bro. Eric Wehunt and Bro. Joe Cogburn officiating. Visitation will be Monday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Fancy Hill Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood. Pallbearers will be Cheston Wehunt, Kevin ton, Kevin Wolfenbarger, Nick Wolfenbarger, Jonathon Naron and Ben Lock. Guest registry is at www.davis-smith.com.
