Visitation will begin on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 5 p.m. at St. James Catholic Church followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Dennis Darilek officiating. Entombment will follow at St. James Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum. Gayle was born in Alice, Texas, on July 21, 1937 to Raymond and Helen (Simecek) Biedermann. She and her husband Allen owned and operated Allen’s Boats and Motors for 43 years before retiring in 2003. Gayle enjoyed many things, fishing, hunting, parties and traveling, but the one thing she cherished most was being with her family. Gayle will always be remembered for her constant love and her warm smile. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years, Allen Bert Scheel and her parents. Survivors include her children, Steven Scheel and wife Suzanne, Denise Scheel Rossouw and fiancé Michael Mousseau, Karen Scheel Lindsey and husband Bobby, and Michael Scheel and wife Christy; grandchildren, Myles Lindsey, Nathan Scheel and wife Alyssa, Brittany Harris and husband Mark, Trenton Scheel and Gracie Scheel; great-grandchildren, Wylder, Lyon, Ezra and Suzanna; brothers, Donald Biedermann and wife Lessie, David Biedermann and wife Sandy, and Jimmy Biedermann and wife Sue; sister-in-law, Rosemary Pfullmann and husband Jimmy; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family members and many friends.
