Gail Patricia Larsen 1941 2019

Obituary of Gail Patricia Larsen Gail P. Larsen, G.G., passed away with her family by her side, on March 17, 2019. Gail was born August 1, 1941 to Leo O. O’Grady and Jean Mack in Buffalo, New York. She is survived by her children Keira Terrasson and Tanya and Chris Hassell; her siblings Mary McDaniel, Dan O’Grady, Ann O’Grady, and Tina Bombardo; and her grandchildren Grace T., Alexa H., Nick H., Juliette T., and Trinity T. Gail received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University in 1962 and Master’s degree in 1965 from Syracuse University. Gail held a lifelong passion for learning and held careers in teaching and counselling where she positively impacted the lives of hundreds of children. Most recently, Gail was an advocate for senior citizens, and she enjoyed working to meet the needs of her peers at her home at The Harrison at Heritage in Fort Worth. Gail loved gardening, art, movies, travel, and music. She was a voracious reader throughout her life. She was most proud to be a Mom and to be called G.G. by her grandkids. She was known by all for her caring spirit, we will miss her greatly. Funeral mass for Gail P. Larsen (77) will be held Monday April 1, 2019 at 11:00am at St Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations, made to the ‘Brain Research Foundation’, www.thebrf.org/donate.
