Franklin’s Obituary Franklin Davis Grave side services for Franklin Davis, officiated by Rev. David Gray, will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Francis, OK on Tuesday, March 26th at 2:00 p.m. Mr. Franklin Delano Davis, age 85, died Thursday, March 21, 2019 in his home. He was born July 22, 1933 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Charles Davis and Lillian Hopper Davis. He entered the United States Air Force at the age of 17, promising his mother that he would complete his education after serving his country. He returned and graduated from Horace Mann High School in Ada in 1953. He married Virgie R. West on August 7, 1954 in Ada, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years. Mr. Davis was an insurance company president and lived in Edmond. Survivors include: a daughter, Diana L. Hull and her husband Jon of Sachse, TX; two sons, Anthony J. Davis and wife Lori of Ada and Alan G. Davis of Edmond; five grandchildren: Brian Tiger, Carrollton, TX Sabrina Conrady and her husband Jason, Edmond, Christina Hull, Allen, TX, Amy Davis, Oklahoma City and Robert Davis and his wife Haley, Norman; four great grandchildren, Avery Conrady, Autumn Davis, Gabriella Young and Sadie Davis; three nephews: Craig Johnson, Robert Fickett, and Brian Fickett and his beloved sister, Jo Ann Choate of Ada, Oklahoma. Pall bearers will be: Jason Conrady, Avery Conrady, Robert Davis, Brian Tiger, Jon Hull, and Craig Johnson. Read More
