Frankie’s Obituary FRANKIE JACK WARDEN, JR., 73, of Pulaski, VA, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at his home. He was born in Giles County, the son of the late Frank, Sr. & Pansy Clemons Warden. He retired from Pulaski Furniture and drove a school bus in Bland and Pulaski counties. He loved all kids, which showed in his years of driving the school bus and was an avid supporter of the “Stuff the Bus” program held each year at Thanksgiving. He was a former Ruritan Member and served as District Governor. He attended Pulaski Christ Fellowship Church. He enjoyed fishing and loved all animals. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Christian Noel Akers. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 28 years, Alma Tate Warden; his children, Debbie W. Gossett (Mike), Donna W. Dunn (Tommy), Rusty Warden and Holly Warden; his grandchildren, Caleb Gossett, Bryan Gossett, Miah Akers, Matthew Morris and Jeffery Hoback; his brother, Roger (Michelle) Warden; his sister, Malinda (Larry) Hogan; special uncle, Jack (Dora) Hall; several nieces and special friends. Funeral services are planned for Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate, with Rev. Tom Underwood officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until service time, 2:00 P.M. Per his wishes, he will be cremated following the services. The Warden family is in the care of A.
