Floyd W. Manley, 58, of Bluford, Illinois passed away at 12:17 P.M. March 24, 2019 at Crossroads Community Hospital in Mount Vernon, Illinois. He was born Jauary 22, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to the late Floyd W. Manley and Kathryn Louise (Mathews) Manley. He married Vivian Headrick on May 12, 1990.They were blessed with nearly 30 years of marriage. In addition to his wife, Vivian (Headrick) Manley, Floyd is survived by his four children, Elizabeth Pulley and husband, David of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Kristin Manley of Bluford, Illinois, Erica Manley of Bluford, Illinois, and Floyd T. Manley of Bluford, Illinois; six grandchildren, Jacob Pulley, Allen Pulley, Noah Pulley, Mattie Pulley, Elizabeth Manley, and Axl Manley; three brothers, Steve Manley and wife, Barbara of Texas, Matthew Manley and wife, Kellie of Florida, and Tony Manley and wife, Kim of Missouri; and sister, Cathy Frischer and husband, Mark of Missouri. Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd W. Manley and Kathryn Louise (Mathews) Manley and brother, Eric Christopher Manley. Floyd proudly served the United States Navy for seven years. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Floyd will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Floyd will be cremated. Services will be announced at a later date by the family.
