Felix Anthony DeMasi, Jr., 73 of Whispering Pines died Thursday, March 28, 2019 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. A memorial mass will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pinehurst with Father John Forbes presiding. Following the service the family will receive friends at the Country Club of Whispering Pines. A native of Tarrytown, NY he was a son of the late Felix A. and Rachel (Divico) DeMasi. Felix was a US Army veteran and retired from J.P. Morgan Bank in NY after 38 year. He moved to Whispering Pines in 2004 where he enjoyed friends, golf and most of all his family. He was preceded in death by his daughter in law Valarie DeMasi. He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years Dorothy Boylan DeMasi; sons John DeMasi of Carthage, Stephen DeMasi and wife Michele of Hopewell Junction, NY; brother Robert DeMasi of Tarrytown, NY; grandchildren, Jack, Alison, Scarlett, Rhiannon and Brandon.
