Eloy’s Obituary Eloy Salazar 67 of Mundelein was born August 26, 1951 in Des Plaines, IL to Aurora and Eduardo Salazar and died January 24, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his wife Elva of 46 years, his children Elizabeth (Gustavo Sandoval) Salazar, Eloy (Melissa) Salazar, Erick (Lisa) Salazar, his grandchildren Isabela Sandoval, Anthony Salazar, Kathryn Salazar, Santiago Sandoval, Phoebe Salazar, Charles Salazar, his siblings Irma, Gerardo, Noela, Adrian, Alonzo, Mary and Oscar. He was preceded in death by his brother Eduardo. Visitation is Monday January 28, 2019 from 4-8 PM at the Kristan Funeral Home PC 219 West Maple Ave. (2 blocks west of Rt. 45 on Rt. 176) Mundelein.
