Edna’s Obituary Edna M. Miller, 88, of Goshen died Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at home. She was born August 12, 1930 in Corfu, New York to David and Caroline (Burkholder) Christner. On October 10, 1953 she married Floyd W. Miller in Goshen. He died December 6, 2011. Survivors include five daughters, Miriam (Lee) Crisenbery of Goshen, Grace (Tim) Graber of Wakarusa, Faith (TJ) Jenkins of Nappanee, Gloria (John) Banda, and Nancy Miller, both of Goshen; two sons, Ted (Rose) Miller of Sheldon, Wisconsin and Tim (Karen) Miller of Tyler, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Freda Mishler of Seymour, Missouri. Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Elmer, John D. and Jonas Christner, and a sister, Viola Christner. A member of Griner Church, Middlebury, Mrs. Miller worked for Dwyer Instruments until her retirement at age 83. She loved sharing the gospel of Jesus and the love of the Lord with people. She enjoyed reading and staying in touch with friends and family. Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Griner Church, 12418 C.R. 20, Middlebury, and Saturday, March 30, 2019 one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service at the church. Pastor Robert Riegsecker and Edna’s sons, Pastors Ted and Tim Miller, will officiate. Burial will follow at Griner Cemetery, Middlebury. Memorial gifts may be directed to the church. Read More
