Obituary of Douglas Hart (Waterport) Douglas V. Hart, age 65, died March 19, 2019 in Medina Memorial Hospital following a long illness. He was born November 24, 1953 in Batavia to Vincent and Florence Hart and had lived in this area most of his life. Doug was a member of St. Mary’s Archer’s Club, and was the proprietor of Hart Farms. He enjoyed repairing and fixing houses, working in his garden, and watching old Westerns and Professional Wresting on TV. Doug had a special affinity for and loved all of his cats. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Crystal, (whom he married November 11, 2001,) his son: Tim (Kate) Lashway of Rochester, 2 grandchildren: Ethan and Mason as well as 2 sisters. There will be no prior calling hours. Doug’s services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Elm and Carlton Streets, Buffalo, NY, 14263.
