Connie Joyce Bassinger, 69, passed away on March 15, 2019 in Alvarado, Texas. Connie was born on November 20, 1949 in Cleburne, Texas. She was the daughter of Helen and Virgil Gross. She was a Alvarado Highschool graduate, she worked 20 years for The Movie Scene in Alvarado. Connie was a member of Buel Baptist Church, she will be remembered for being a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. On her free time she enjoyed playing BINGO. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her beloved husband, Jerry Bassinger. Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jeff Bassinger and his spouse Suzie, and Ricky Bassinger; her siblings, Dean Gross and his spouse Judy, Tony Gross and his spouse Bridget, Harold Gross and his spouse Pamela, Pam Van Winkle and her spouse Richard, Linda McClure and her spouse Larry, Joe Gross, and Gary Gross; her grandchilren, Reagan Read, Cory Bassinger, Chance Patterson, and Aristen Lopez; her great grandchildren, Finn Read and Bryn Bassinger.
