Cindy Lou Willey Hockensmith, 60 of Nabb, IN passed away on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born on November 3, 1958 in Jeffersonville, IN to James Arthur “Bud” Willey and Judy Kay Bower Willey. She was an Administrative Assistant for R.E.M.C. and had been an Administrative Assistant for One Southern Indiana. She is preceded in death by her father, James A. “Bud” Willey and her grandparents, Stanley and Dorothy Bower and Arthur and Mary Willey. Survivors include her husband, Keith Hockensmith; daughter, Jenise Lynn Stewart (Corey) of Nabb, IN; mother, Judy Cunningham of New Washington, IN; brothers, Randy A. Willey (Tammy) of New Washington and James Patrick Willey (Angie) of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Kenden Stewart, Landen Stewart and Blake Stewart (Brittney) and several nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Friday March 8, 2019 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, IN with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 pm to 8 pm on Thursday and after 10 am of Friday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
