Bruce’s Obituary Bruce Keller, 72, of Bonne Terre, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019 at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus. He was born on Sunday, January 1, 1947 in Bonne Terre to the late Manley Thurston and Neoma Jean (Counts) Keller. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Following his service in the military, he worked at the Doe Run Company where he retired after 30 years. Bruce enjoyed delivering Meals on Wheels, hunting, fishing, golfing and traveling. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and making their activities his top priority. Bruce is survived by his loving wife, Janice (Murphy) Keller; children, Jason Keller, Kallee Ortmann and husband Chris, Kate Cotton and husband Bill; seven grandchildren, Kaylynn, Ethan, Madison, Shelbi, Teagen, Eli and Harper; brother, Perry Keller and wife Sandra; niece, Crystal Gregg; great nephew, Hunter Gregg along with many other family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Services will be held on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the C. Z. Boyer & Son Chapel with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating. Burial to follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
