Barry D. Barbee born Jan. 18, 1963, in Anchorage, Alaska, passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2019, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Barry was a free soul who loved being outdoors and riding his motorcycle. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Barbee; brother, Jimmy Barbee; paternal grandparents, Evan Barbee and Thelma Irene Barbee; his maternal grandparents, Edgar Burden and Zona Burden He is survived by his wife, Donna; foster daughter, Gabrielle Simpson; stepson, Jay Keener; his father, James Barbee; brothers, Eddie (Gail) Barbee, Willie (Becky) Mosgrove; sisters, Ruth (Rick) Edwards, and Annette Barbee; and several other stepchildren, nieces, and nephews. A memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 2, at 2 p.m. at Horse Branch General Baptist Church.
