Mrs. Anna Mae Bray Hamm, age 88, widow of the late Alonzo Hamm of Brodhead, KY; passed away Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. She was born on September 14th, 1930 in Wabd, KY; a daughter of the late Robert Lee Bray and Lola Hazel Brown Bray. She was a member of the Ottawa Baptist Church; She had been a homemaker. She enjoyed her grandchildren and gardening. Those left to celebrate her life are: her children: Danny Bruce Hamm (Regina) of Brodhead, KY; Tammy Miller (Danny) of Brodhead, KY; her grandchildren: Rachel Thornton (Clay), Jessie Hamm (Emily), Madisan Miller and Logan Miller; Her brother: Don Bray (Loretta) of Brodhead, KY; as well as a host of nieces/nephews, friends and neighbors. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alonzo Hamm and brothers: Jimmy Bray, Charlie Bray, Raymond Bray and Edward Bray. Visitation for Mrs. Anna Mae Hamm will be Saturday, March 9th, 2019 from 6-9P.M. and Sunday, March 10th, 11A.M. to 1P.M. the Funeral service will take place at 1:00 P.M. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals Chapel with Bro. Luther Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Ottawa Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Jessie Hamm, Clay Thornton, Logan Miller, Shane Lynch, Charlie Thornton and Tanner Bray; Honorary Casket Bearers will be Sam Schradin, Don Bray, Dennis Bray, Rick Bray, Mike Bray and Jim Ervin. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Gideon International.
