Baby, Angel Ann Rivers, passed into the arms of Jesus upon her birth of March 4, 2019, in Decatur, IL. Angel was born to Shally J Rivers in Decatur, IL. Surviving are her mother Shally; siblings, Sha’niya Walters of Decatur, IL, Bryan Walters Jr., of Decatur, IL; Grandfather, Jesse Rivers of Decatur, IL; Aunt, Shally Stitt of Decatur, IL and Uncle, Brandon Johnson (Chantal Tidwell) of Decatur, IL. Graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, March 11, 2019 at Graceland Cemetery, Garden of Angels. The Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Angel.
