Patricia A Benevides 2018

Patricia A. (Silva) Benevides, 75, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 29, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of the late Robert H. “Manny” Benevides. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Phoebe (Luiz) Silva. Patricia enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cake decorating, and ceramics. She cherished her grandchildren and the time she spent with them. Patricia was the beloved mother of Karen Henchy and her husband, Billy, and the late Christine Roche; mother-in-law of Bill Roche; devoted grandmother of Stephanie Terzian and her husband, Arshak and Jennifer Henchy, Amanda, Ashley, Billy, Robert, and Alyssa Roche; great- grandmother of Brian P. McKenna, Zackary, Tyler, Max and Brayden Ford, Lily, Stella, and Delilah Roche, and Arshak A. Terzian; sister of Manuel Silva, Elaine Brogno, and Carol Johnson. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews. A visitation will be held Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 10-11 am with a service to follow at 11 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Kevin School, 39 Cathedral Rd., Warwick, RI 02889 will be appreciated.
