Obituary for Mary Jane Staley Mary Jane Staley, age 72 passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, September 27, 2018. Mary was born on January 15, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio to Denver and Josephine (Reece) Harper. She was member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Mary was very family focused and loved them more than anything. Preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Staley; parents, Denver and Josephine Harper; and son, Denver Staley. Survived by her daughters, Lisa Staley, Joann Jarrell and Michelle Staley; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends, including, Faduma Hussan. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm on Monday, October 1, 2018 at HEART AND HOPE FUNERAL HOME by SCHOEDINGER, 3030 W. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43204. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 434 Norton Rd., Columbus, OH 43228 with Fr. Leo Connolly celebrant.
