Weldon Paul Quist 09/14/1936 – 06/25/2018 Weldon “Butch” Paul Quist passed away on June 25th at his home in Molalla, OR at the age of 81. He was born 9/14/36, in Biggs, CA, to Carol (Hyde) Quist and Paul Quist. He joined the US Navy in 1955 and served 9 years. He then went into the janitorial business and owned B & R Carpet Cleaning for 28 years. Weldon married Evelyn “Robin” Leverette and they were married for 54 years. He is survived by his wife; five children, Vicki Proctor, Paula Taylor (Scott), Heidi Wallender (Jason), Paul Quist and David Quist; five beloved grandchildren; three beloved great grandchildren; and his sister, Sandra Bennett. Weldon was a family-oriented man who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed taking his family camping, fishing or just spending time with them and was the best story teller we knew. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be forever loved, cherished and missed. A committal service with honors will be held at Willamette National Cemetery on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 11:00AM.
