Obituary for Harold Mullins Harold Roger Mullins, 62 of Pikeville, KY passed away Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the Parkview Nursing Home. Harold was born September 14, 1955 in Pikeville, KY to the late Ernest Mullins & Floretta “Sanders” Mullins. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Ernest Mullins II. He is survived by two daughters, Raven Adams of Pikeville, KY & Chelsea Adams of IN, three grandchildren, Aaliyah Adams, Jayce Adams, Myla Drake, one sister Brenda Woody of Danville, VA, one brother Stephen Hunt, his wife Dorothy of Shelbiana, KY & host of nieces and nephews and friends. As a young child he & his brother Ernie, lived in the Hellier community but moved away at an early age. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Graveside service at Annie E. Young Cemetery will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home of Pikeville, KY.
