Obituary of Elisha Sigust Elisha “Opie” Lee Sigust, 48, of Pearland, Texas, passed away on June 29, 2018. Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Joyce Johnson and Elisha Sigust; his loving wife of 21 years, Candace Sigust; daughters, Mellonee Sigust, Sydnee Sigust; sister, Felishia Young; and a host of other family and dear friends. Elisha enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, and boating. He had a mechanical mind and could fix anything and everything. Elisha never met a stranger and was always there if someone needed him. He was one of the most caring and giving men you could ever meet. He was a man of great integrity and extremely strong in his faith. Elisha loved his family dearly and was a wonderful provider. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A visitation and service for Elisha will take place at New Hope Church, 3640 County Road 58, Manvel, Texas 77578, on Monday, July 5, 2018. The visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Carl Cherry officiating. Interment at Alvin Confederate Cemetery will follow.
