JoAnne Jessop Macdonald, age 71, peacefully passed from this life into eternity in her home with her family on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 in San Bernardino, California. From birth (Sept 10, 1946) to the present, she has blessed the lives of others with love, kindness, and service. She was born in Logan, Utah to Howard Valentine Jessop and Agnes Jean Fuller Jessop and was the fourth of five children. She enjoyed teaching students with severe disabilities for 10 years in the San Bernardino City Unified School District. She is survived by her husband, John Macdonald, Jr.; her siblings H. Lynn Jessop and Mary Jean Holt; her children: Caroline (Nathan Briggs), Melanie (Bryce Adamson), John Tres (Sandee), Michelle (Anthony Greco), Scott (Kerri), Michael (Erica), and David (Amy); her 30 grandchildren; and her 2 great-grandchildren. She is a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and would remind us all that families are forever. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 6 pm (Viewing at 4:30 pm) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3860 N. Waterman Ave, San Bernardino, CA. Interment will follow at a future date in July in the Millville, Utah Cemetery.
