Life Story for Theresa Steele Theresa M. Steele, 91, of Niles, Ohio passed peacefully on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side. Theresa was born on August 29, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the daughter of European immigrants, Louis and Cathryn Teller, and was the second born of 9 children. She would tell you her happiest times were living on their farm in Ashtabula. She enjoyed raising her children and visiting with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Hungarian Cultural Society and was part of their dance group along with her husband. She enjoyed making the Hungarian dance costumes and was an avid Hungarian cook. She also thoroughly enjoyed the cultural music as well. She was an amazing quilter and gifted many of these to her loving family. She loved to sew and was always creatively immersed in a project. And she enjoyed the company of her loving cat Fritzie. She leaves to mourn her passing, her daughter, Lynda Minor; her grandchildren, Todd (Tammy) Nichols, Kelly (Scott) Zorik, Kristen (Jeff) Terrill, Denny (Jamie) Moore, Amber (Dennis) Kirsch, Amanda Hall-Faraj; and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Preceding Theresa were her parents and 8 siblings, her loving husband George of 68 years, and her son, Mark Timothy Steele. Per her wish, there will be no calling hours or a service.
