Obituary for Cynthia Catherine Hagan Cynthia Catherine Hagan, of Ann Arbor passed away suddenly on May, 29, 2018. She was 67 years old. Born in Highland Park, Michigan she was the daughter of Harold and Barbara Jean Tibbetts. Cynthia saw the good in everyone and everything. She knew no strangers, she would say. She loved traveling and new experiences, traveling all over the world numerous times. She was a true working mother, raising her children while also going back to get her Registered Nurse certification early on, later moving into a role in Medical Administration. This was until she found her true talent and career she loved, Interior Design, it wasn’t just a job, she took great joy in turning a house into a home. She adored her husband, children and her grandchildren. Cynthia is survived by her husband of 31 years, Dr. Michael Hagan; three children: sons, Erik Zimmerman and his wife Amy and their two daughters Luna and Cloe, Ryan Zimmerman and his wife Holly and their four children Elliot, Aiden, Oliver and Annabelle, and daughter Emily Hagan; her mother Barbara Jean Tibbetts; two brothers Dennis Tibbetts and Michael Tibbetts and one sister Heather Mathie; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Harold Tibbetts and one son Tom Hagan. In honor of Cynthia, memorial contributions may be made to Gift of Life Michigan.
