Ardrena Jackson Jackson February 8 1938 May 17 2018 (age 80)

Ms. Ardrena Jackson, age 80, passed peacefully on Thursday evening at Ogeechee Area Hospice after an extended illness. She was a Chatham County native having resided in Bulloch County for many years. She was employed with the Bulloch County Board of Education as a Para Professional at Sallie Zetterower Elementary School for over 31 years. She was a 1955 graduate of the William James High School. She was a member of the St. Mary’s Baptist Church where she was in the church choir. She is survived by a loving daughter Ms. Gwendolyn Jackson of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving mother Mrs. Wilma Lee Herrington of West Palm Beach, Fl.; a loving sister Mrs. Carolyn (Alvin) Jones of West Palm Beach, Fl.; a loving brother Mr. Willie “Billy” Jackson of Atlanta, Ga.; a devoted step-son Mr. Walter (Bridget) Campbell of Statesboro, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements for Ms. Ardrena Jackson are incomplete, but will be announced later by the Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
