Obituary of Enzo Di Rende Enzo F. Di Rende, age 46, of Fairfield, beloved husband of Maria Di Rende, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018. Born and raised in the Bronx, NY, Enzo graduated from Fordham University, Class of 1993 and later from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Class of 1996. He had since become the Chef and owner of Enzo’s of Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, NY., where he was a highly valued member of the community. Enzo enjoyed to read, play fantasy football, and was a fan of all sports, especially the NY Yankees. He was funny, sarcastic, witty and loved cooking for his kids, especially their favorite foods: pasta carbonara, roast beef, and eggs over easy for family breakfast. He was adored by everyone for his respect, humility and generosity. Enzo always put others before himself, especially his wife and daughters, and did everything to them happy.
