JANESVILLE— Shirley L. Krueger, age 72, of Janesville, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Mercyhealth Hospital & Trauma Center, Janesville. She was born in Edgerton on Sept. 17, 1945, the daughter of Elmer and Francis (Lietner) Simonson and was a 1963 graduate of Edgerton High School. Shirley married Douglas G. She is survived by her daughter, Sue (Bill Jr.) Arnold of Clinton; 3 grandchildren: Dustin (Kyla) Arnold, Chase (fiance’ Kortney Brittingham) Arnold, and Amber Krueger; great grandchildren, Owen and Emma; daughter-in-law, Marilyn (Krueger) Mullikin; a sister, Delores “Dee” Patt of Janesville; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Curt Krueger; and a sister, Wilma Simonson. Private graveside services will be held at Milton Lawns Memorial Park, Janesville, with inurnment to follow. The family is being assisted by the APFEL EHLERT FUNERAL HOME, Edgerton.
