Bruce Lain Bassett April 15 1955 April 27 2018 (age 63)

Bruce Lain Bassett was born April 15, 1955 in Salt Lake City to Leslie Sperry (Spud) and Afton Jo Clark Bassett. He passed away April 27, 2018 as a result of lung failure. He resided at “Conquest for Men” group home in Riverton, Utah He is preceded in death by his father Leslie Bassett and stepfather Gary Warr. Bruce is survived by his mother Afton, brothers Martin and Lyndell Bassett, sister Luann Leary. Step brother Gary Jr Warr and stepsister Jeanne Warr. Bruce started and ended each day with a smile, more importantly he helped you to do the same. Bruce looked at the world differently than most, seeing the beauty in everyone and everything around him, often saying out loud, “Ah cute” “oh fun” and or sending or blowing a kiss your way. Bruce never forgot to thank you for your efforts to help him to have a good day, either saying so with words or giving you one of his best smiles. He tried hard to enjoy everything this life had to offer and helped you to do the same. Bruce will be missed by all who knew him, especially those that were allowed and rewarded for being a part of his life at his home Conquest Men’s. We are already missing you. Hi! Boo! Cute! Spooky! Easter! What’s that! Cheese Burger and Pizza! There will be no services held. We wish to thank everyone associated with Conquest for Men for all the love and care Bruce has been given.
