Cora Squillante 2018

Cora Squillante (Tarantino), 89, passed away Sunday March 25, 2018 at Steere House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Louis A. Squillante. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Amadeo and Carmella (Sforza) Tarantino.
Mrs. Squillante was a supervisor at Victory Polishing and Plating Company and was a former Eucharistic Minister.
She is survived by four children; son Pasquale A. Squillante and wife Maryellen, son Louis A. Squillante and wife Lois, daughter Patricia Andrade and husband Richard and daughter Marie Lamb. Grandmother of five and great -grandmother of five. She was the sister of Amadeo Tarantino, Jr., Eleanora Conti, Italia Levesque and the late Antonio Tarantino, Rita Bianco and Bina Tarntino.
Her funeral is Wednesday at 9:45 a.m. from “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Atwells Avenue Providence. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Calling hours TUESDAY 4-7p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Steere House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center 100 Bordon Street, Providence, RI 02903
