Obituary of Beverly McKeever
Beverly J. McKeever passed peacefully at her home in Rockaway Township on Sunday, March 25, 2018. She shared 70 years of love and laughter with all who knew her. Private services were held with her family as per Bev’s wishes. Donations in her memory may be made to the good work of the Women’s Memorial Foundation, Dept. 560, Washington, D.C. 20042.
Bev was born on May 12, 1947 in Ellington, Wisconsin. She was one of nine children to the late George and Genevieve McKeever. After her schooling she enlisted in the US Army where she proudly served our country from 1965-1969. Upon her honorable discharge she entered college thanks to the GI Bill. She had a successful 40 year career in the insurance business as a claims adjuster retiring only 5 years ago. Bev was an avid reader , she enjoyed traveling and was a fan of all sporting activities. She loved going to the casino and spending time with friends.
She leaves beautiful memories to her loving and devoted wife Rose Marie Buckley; loving niece Cindy Skora (bill); brother in law James Buckely (Eileen); her special friends Roseann Pesante (Vinnie); Linda Hackett, Janet Miller and Ellie Anderson (Ruth); and many more dear friends and relatives.
