Robie Leon McClure, II – age 37 of Maynardville, passed away suddenly Thursday, December 14, 2023. Robie was a resilient soul who faced life’s challenges with unwavering strength. Despite enduring hardships, he leaves behind a legacy of courage and perseverance. May we honor his journey and remember the lessons he taught us about resilience and the enduring power of the human spirit.
He was greeted into Eternity by his son, Skylar McClure; grandfather, Charles McClure, Sr.; and his great grandparents, Sam and Ruby Oaks. Robie is survived by his mother, Roberta “Crickett” McClure; his father, Robie (Celeste) McClure; sister, Connie (Scott) Lundy; half-brother, Isaac McClure; stepbrother, Devin (Megan) Turner, stepsister, Paige (Jacob) Turner; nephew, Landon Lundy; grandmother, Jimmy Dean McClure; his beloved grandparents, Donnie Ray and Judy Williams; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in the Trinity Funeral Home Chapel. The service to follow with Bill Denk and Jason McInally officiating and music by Angela McClure Garisa. Family and friends will meet 11:45 a.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Trinity to proceed to Milan Baptist Church Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. graveside service.
