Rafael Sifuentes, 68 años de edad, falleció el 6 de diciembre de 2023 en el hospital Northwestern Lake Forest. Rafael nació el 6 de abril de 1955 en San Luis Potosí. Hijo de Jose Sifuentes Sanchez y Aurora Martinez Nieto. Ahora él se encuentra al lado de su querido hijo Arthur Sifuentes (2019). A Rafael le sobrevive su querida esposa Leandra Sifuentes; familia y muchas amistades quienes lo extrañaron mucho.
Se les extiende una cordial invitación a su velorio que será el viernes, 15 de diciembre 2023, de 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm en la funeraria The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. Su misa será el sábado, 16 de diciembre 2023 a las 10:00 am en la Iglesia Reina de Paz, 910 14th Street, North Chicago, IL 60064. Rafael Sifuentes, 68 years old, passed away on December 6, 2023 at Northwestern Lake Forest. Rafael was born on April 6, 1955 in San Luis Potosi. He was the son of Jose Sifuentes Sanchez and Aurora Martinez Nieto. He was preceded in death by his beloved son, Arthur Sifuentes (2019). He is survived by his dear wife Leandra Sifuentes; extended family and many friends.
His visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm at The Memorial Chapel of Waukegan, 1521 Washington Street, Waukegan, IL 60085. His funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 10:00 am at Queen of Peace Church, 910 14th Street, North Chicago, IL 60064.
